When you reach out to us, we typically respond within 24 hours. Following your free consultation session, you can expect to hear from your counsellor within 48 hours to schedule an initial session.

Our free consultation connects you with an intake specialist who will ensure that the VTC is fit to meet your needs. Consultation sessions typically take 15 minutes.
