Kat Nienartowicz, BBA
Kat is a counsellor and facilitator whose integrative, body-aware approach helps clients reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater freedom and authenticity. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, shame, relationship challenges, and periods of transition, offering a space to slow down, process emotions, and discover new ways of being.
Kat holds a Professional Counselling Diploma, mindfulness meditation training, and certification in somatic and inquiry-based facilitation. Her approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and mindfulness to meet clients where they are and help them build clarity, resilience, and alignment.
Kat has been supporting clients through individual sessions, group programs, and workshops since 2016, including leading a yoga and mindfulness retreat in Bali and running community meditation classes.
At the heart of her work, Kat is especially passionate about what she calls embodied liberation — helping people move beyond old patterns of thought and behaviour so they can feel more at home in themselves and create the lives they truly want.
